First? and last realtor I'll ever needWe got so lucky when we were ready to buy that we had met Rachael. She is a total professional, knows the entire Michigan Market it seems, and all around great person. Hit us straight with the facts and totally guided us the entire way for our first ever home purchase. She was always available any time and would schedule home tours the same day if seller was available.What we thought was going to be a total nightmare of a process ended up going so smoothly. Linked us with an excellent Lending team (FNMB) who had nothing but great things to say about Rachael as well. Having these two was a Powerhouse of a team.Even post-purchase we had some "not as described" issues from the seller where she was still available and still helping out wherever she could.Our first realtor, and our last. Thanks Rachael!

I recommend Rachael to anyone who needs an on-hands real estate agent. As an out-of-state seller, she took care of everything for me. I could not have been happier. Rachael's communication and project management skills really shined through for me and I am sure she treats all of her clients the same way.

Rachael was very accommodating. From day 1, she came to the house to take a look and offer her advise on what needed to be done to prepare the house for showings. She also planned ahead and had her photographer take pictures of the outside of the house before it started snowing since the inside was not ready. The inside pictures were taken once we left the house. Our situation was very unique in that we were moving out of state, and we were basically leaving her in charge of the house in our absence. She volunteered to drive by to make sure nothing looked out of place and to make sure the heater was kept on. She was very quick to communicate with us both via email and text. She expedited things, and made the selling go extremely quick. Her expertise was definitely apparent and we were extremely thankful for her help with the entire process.
